- Presentations of updated drawings, renders, space plan and
materials selections, based on the feedback during the preliminary
design presentation. - Review final drawings and materials specifications and get
client’s approval and sign off - Review drawings with contractors as needed

- Site Visits during construction phase
- Review furniture, art & accessories with clients and
finalize purchase orders upon approval - Place orders and arrange deliveries and installation dates
according to the project timeline

- Final walk through after construction is complete
- Onsite to receive all furniture deliveries
- Onsite Install & styling of furniture Accessories &
Art Installation - On reveal day, schedule a session to professionally
photograph the space, and celebrate the final reveal
